OXY Concepts GmbH is a consulting firm and the shared platform of an international network of independent experts on the autism spectrum. OXY unites these experts under one brand, coordinates their project-based collaboration and connects their individual abilities through a purpose-built AI platform.
OXY grew out of a small private group of autistic individuals who discussed real problems reported in the media and, driven by genuine interest, developed their own solutions. Over time this grew into the ambition of making that potential commercially accessible to companies.
People on the autism spectrum often approach complex situations differently, with a high level of detail, unusual connections and a consistent readiness to question the status quo. OXY does not sell consulting days, we sell solutions.
The experts are individuals on the autism spectrum with diverse professional backgrounds, fields and specializations. They were admitted through a multi-stage selection process and work on a project basis.
The network currently comprises 581 experts.
The network is international and includes experts from Europe, Japan, Australia, the United States, Canada, Argentina, New Zealand, China and India.
The network was deliberately built to be cross-industry and includes experts from technology, industry, IT, medicine, marketing, tourism, logistics, energy, production, economics and further disciplines.
Selection began with recommendations from international autism associations. Interested candidates then went through a multi-stage process combining professional assessment, specific problem-solving tasks and an AI-supported interview.
We look for professionally and socially established autistic individuals with strong problem-solving ability, multiple areas of interest and the capacity to consciously apply their particular way of thinking.
No. Autism is the foundation, not the selection criterion. What matters is what the person makes of it and whether they can deliberately put their abilities to use.
No. The experts are independent and decide for themselves whether to take part in a given project. There is no obligation to contribute or to accept a project.
No. For each project, only experts whose abilities match the specific question or problem are invited. On request, the client can also narrow the selection by region.
The AI matches the requirements of the question against the experts' stored capabilities and generates a shortlist. OXY reviews this selection and invites suitable experts to voluntarily join the project.
No. Each expert works on the project independently. There is no direct collaboration or coordination between experts. It is the AI that first brings the different perspectives together.

The experts deliberately stay in the background. This keeps the focus on the quality of the solution and protects the network as an independent community.
Yes. The network is expanded as needed through planned selection rounds. New experts go through the same established selection process.

OXY is the central interface between the company and the network. OXY works with the client to define the question, organizes the project workflow, selects the appropriate experts, operates the platform, produces the final solution concept and presents it to the client.
The experts carry out the actual thinking work. They analyze the question independently of one another and develop their own approaches. Only afterward does the AI bring the different perspectives together.
AI supports the entire process. It prepares project-relevant data, supports expert selection, structures their contributions and generates a draft concept from them.
The AI independently researches publicly available information about the company, its brands and the relevant environment, including press coverage, websites, social media and other public sources. The results are compiled and made available to the selected experts as a project-specific information base.
No. The solutions come from the experts' thinking. The AI then merges their contributions into a draft concept, which OXY reviews for substance, structures and develops into a finished solution concept.
A fully developed solution concept including the recommended approach, its rationale and concrete implementation steps. Depending on the project, this may also include visualizations or explainer videos.
No. The concepts are deliberately designed as complete blueprints that the company can understand and implement on its own.
The company knows its own structures and processes better than any outside consultant. OXY delivers the solution and clear instructions; implementation itself remains with the client.
Pricing depends on the complexity, scope and economic significance of the task.
The project scope is defined individually. Clients can also set a budget cap.
Data is processed on secured server infrastructure in Baden near Vienna, Austria.
Access is limited to OXY and the experts selected for the respective project, and even they only see the information prepared by the AI that is necessary for their specific task.
The OXY platform protects company data through centralized data storage, role- and project-based access rights and multi-layered technical security measures. Each expert receives only the information required for their task.
Data is not stored locally on experts' devices. Direct downloads and screenshots are technically blocked. Access to sensitive project information takes place exclusively through the secured platform and is further protected by additional technical access controls.
No. The AI only researches publicly accessible information. No protected systems, internal networks or non-public data belonging to the company or third parties are accessed or bypassed.
Yes. Before joining any project, participating experts sign a project-specific non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
The platform was designed to reflect key provisions of the GDPR, NIS2 and the EU AI Act, supported by technical and organizational measures to protect data.
Exclusively OXY Concepts GmbH. The experts do not act as a contracting party toward the client.
The client receives the agreed usage rights to the final concept and may use, adapt and commercially exploit it for its own purposes.
OXY remains available for clarifying questions on the delivered concept within the agreed period.
